BEAT THE BACK TO SCHOOL RUSH! SWISD will be hosting an immunization clinic in partnership with the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District from 10 am - 2 pm on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Christa McAuliffe MS (9390 SW Loop 410 SA, TX 78250).
Walk-ins are welcome. Students will need a copy of their shot record and insurance card, and a parent/guardian must be present.
Metro Health offers: Vaccines for Children Program (VFC) Federally funded program for children ages 18 and younger who are: Uninsured Underinsured Enrolled in CHIP or Medicaid American or Alaskan Natives Vaccine Administration Fee: $13.75 per vaccine
Vaccines Available: COVID-19, Dtap, Polio, MMR, Tdap, MCV4, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Pneumococcal, HPV, and Flu.
